Eye care professionals spend years learning about how the eyes and vision work. For many it is truly a passion! They also learn about diseases and risk factors of all ages related to vision and the eyes. They understand the benefits and features of corrective lenses including eyeglasses and contacts so they can give you the best advice for your vision requirements.
Listening to your needs and taking the time to explain the results of your exam is very important to our optometrists. Because maintaining good eye health is an ongoing partnership, we encourage you to ask questions and share your health information, which could be vital to monitoring, diagnosing and treating potential vision problems.
